Changes subtle, smoking a bit more, caring a little less, leaving wisps of hair where she goes.
Going through motions without the usual commotion, and wearing that one dress you always wanted to get her out of.

One day, she introduced herself by a different name and people were none the wiser – can you believe that?
Re-inventing yourself really is that easy.
Smiling inward, she gets away with the facade another day, a private joke between herself.
Keeping hair ashen and overgrown… Is cutting it becoming banal already?
It’s only May, but she still says “It’s summer, no better time to blossom.”
