Springtastic Fashion Here
Fashion Trend #5: Pop Art Prints
With all kinds of designer and artists collaborations going on in fashion, pop art prints are the cool girl style to sport.
When contemporary artist Jeff Koons meshed his considerable style in “the Masters Collection” with Louis Vuitton handbags, it set off this trend that can be seen on all kinds of clothing and accessory items.
Fashion Trend #4: Pretty Pastels
Put away those neutrals for awhile and be prepared to sport all kinds of pretty pastel colors if you want to be in step with spring.
These baby colors will definitely perk you up after a few months of winter’s worst making you feel sweet and feminine.
Seen on the runways of Preen by Thornton Bregazzi, Celine, and Tom Ford.
Gigi Hadid wore Ford’s stunning baby pink dress at his New York Fashion Week show.
Fashion Trend #3: Sheer Fabrics
Sheer is the new normal for spring.
Layer and play with the textures to make this look stand out for the season.
Sheer on top of sheer looks fresh and modern.
Plus, the lighter weight tulle fabrics are perfect going into the warmer weather.
Glamorous and gorgeous!

Fashion Trend #2: Fringe
According to Women’s Wear Daily, fringe is in again.
That iconic 60s style is back with a vengeance on everything from accessories to clothing.
Bottega Veneta, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Calvin Klein all featured this look.
The Calvin Klein fringe bag is especially worth it, if you want to rock some fantastic fringe.
Fashion Trend #1: The Redefined Trench
The trench is always a classic look, but the “new trench” is embellished with all kinds of frills from ruffles to capes and even offbeat colors that aren’t traditional tan.
You’ll find the trench coat is the perfect transitional jacket for all those spring showers that pop up bringing May flowers.
Don’t Forget About Spring Beauty
Beauty Trend #5: Mega Wings
If you don’t own a few liquid eyeliners by now, it’s time to be a part of this look.
The mega winged look can be achieved with an enhanced traditional cat-eye.
This was seen on many runways, but international superstar makeup artist Pat McGrath featured it heavily in Tom Ford’s runway show, where the models sported exaggerated winged liner with ease.
Makeup artist Diane Kendal did it as well for the Marc Jacobs runway show.
Beauty Trend #4: Glow Glow Glow
Highlighter is coming back for spring in a major way.
Highlight all your best features with a gold-based shimmer stick, like this one from Milk Makeup.
It’s the Holographic Stick in “Golden Peach.” to achieve this look on your cheekbones, right above the eyebrows, and on the cupid’s bow of your lips.
Radiant perfection.
Beauty Trend #3: Pinched Lashes
The way to achieve the pinched lash look is by coating your eyelashes with tons of mascara and then pinching them together in individual clumps. This is spidery lashes to the tenth degree.
Very trendy and unusual looking, if you can stand clumpy lashes (personally, I can’t!)
Makeup artist Gato did this very look at the Cushnie et Ochs show.
Beauty Trend #2: Rapunzel Hair
If your dream hair is long, spring is the time to explore some fabulous hair extensions.
You can do clip-ins for a temporary look, or make a bigger commitment with fusion or tape-in extensions to get that Rapunzel hair look, seen on model Kirsty Hume, at the Michael Kors show.
Just buy the best quality you can afford so that no one will be able to tell it’s not all you.
Beauty Trend #1: Slick Red Lips
Red lips with a lustrous glossy shine are fresh for spring.
Chanel, Max Mara, and Philosophy di Lorenzo all featured this glam look.
Try Nars Lip Gloss in “Eternal Red” for just the right shade, and look at Christian Louboutin’s Rouge Loubilaque Lip Lacquer for a truly indulgent experience.
Or, for a more wallet-friendly brand, try ColourPop Ultra Satin Lip in “Ambush.”
It’s what your lips would look like after eating a cherry popsicle.
