Another Sunday brunch in the valley, another stack of delicious hot blueberry pancakes.
Even when you eat as slowly as I do, every bite of these delicious pancakes is perfection.
Daniel and I began going out for brunch on the weekends back in South Beach and we had a few favorite brunch spots there.
But after moving to Los Angeles, we discovered Blu Jam Cafe in Woodland Hills quite by chance–
And it’s been a Sunday brunch & breakfast love affair ever since.
For one thing, they have an expansive all-day breakfast menu abundant with bold flavors and vegan options.
Blu Jam also makes a wonderfully foamy soy cappuccino, and the service is second-to-none.
If you’re wondering where to get brunch in the valley this weekend, look no further than Blu Jam Cafe.
As long as you avoid the rush between 11am – 12pm, it’s one of the best brunch spots in the valley to wake up late and roll in for a wonderful late breakfast.
If you’re anything like us, your first meal of the day must always be breakfast food (even if it is 2 in the afternoon.)
And when it comes to choosing a dish for brunch, I’m pretty likely to choose French Toast or Blueberry Pancakes.
So healthy right?
What can I say, I like what I like.
Anyway the point is, Blu Jam Cafe is the only place where I consistently choose the Blueberry Pancakes over any of their French Toast options.
Something about their pancake batter, the fresh flavor of the blueberries, and the syrup they serve along with it…
It’s very possible that Blu Jam Cafe has the Best Blueberry Pancakes in The Valley!
I also personally recommend their Maui French Toast, Vanilla French Toast, Chilaquiles, and Breakfast Quesadilla.
With so many delicious options, it’s not hard to see why we love Blu Jam Cafe so much!
