Back again with my latest haul from Femme Luxe Finery, and it’s all leather looks from here on out.
Having grown up in South Florida, I’ve been instinctively avoiding leather and faux leather clothing for most of my life (chafing and sweating is not my idea of a good time, plus I love animals.)
But on femmeluxefinery.co.uk, they have synthetic leather as far as the eye can see. Since I live in an arid desert now, I threw caution to the wind and started my own little Femme Luxe vegan leather collection.
Get ready because it’s about to get goth up in here. Here’s a look at what I picked & how I styled them:
Black Vegan Leather Corset Top
You might recall a certain wine corset top from my last Femme Luxe Spring Clothing Haul.
If you were thinking this looks like the same item in a different color, you thought right! I loved the fit and style of this top so much, I had to have it in black too.
I paired it here with a floral midi skirt that’s been in my wardrobe since college for a rock n’ rose vibe. That skirt still gets me lots of compliments… and so will this black leatherette corset top!
So far I’ve only worn it once for a Twitch stream with SofaSurfers where it proved itself to be an excellent conversation starter.

Ready to unleash your inner dominatrix?
This synthetic leather Femme Luxe skirt that somehow oozes sex appeal without showing too much skin. Curve-hugging PU leather leaves little to the imagination and a dangerously high slit keeps you in control of exactly how much leg you want to show.
Not your mother’s pencil skirt, this piece is definitely gonna turn some heads, so don’t wear it to the office unless you want the extra attention! It’s high-waisted with a matching belt and the bottom of the skirt has a slight bell shape that hits right about mid-calf on me.
Wear this statement fashion item to show you mean business on date night, intimidate your enemies, or to invite conversation from strangers. There is no dressing it down and whether you wear the slit in the front or the back, there is no wrong way to wear it.

Another pair of shiny leggings? Don’t mind if I do!
While not quite as shiny as the PU leggings from my Flirty Femme Luxe Try On Video, these are extremely comfortable to wear and nicely embellished with zippers and a high-rise cinched waist.
I’m hoping they shrink a bit in the wash, because the waist is just a bit too loose on me. Other than that, I have no complaints!

Black Faux Leather Bodysuit
What better to pair with the faux leather high waist leggings than a bodysuit of the same color and texture?
Indeed, these two are literally cut from the same cloth, a stretchy, comfortable fabric with a slight sheen to it.
Even the model from the femmeluxefinery.co.uk website is shown wearing this bodysuit with the leggings. This actually makes it really difficult to get a good idea of the fit or cut just from the website. But the cute bow in the front is true to the photos.
I am pleased to report it has a convenient snap crotch which allows for some adjustment to the size as well as, ya know, bathroom breaks! It’s a bit snug on me, but I could still see myself wearing it as an accent to some high waist skirt or pants. Given the stretch of the fabric, this could also pass as a swimsuit.
